Everything was amazing. Cindy was a great host.
The room had a great view to the sea. The room was spacious and modern, with a balcony facing the sea. The bed was rock hard and could have been more soft. Breakfast was both western and Asian specialties, with a great taste. Staff were able to speak very little English, only receptionists and few others were able to speak English. Could be better at a 5*-hotel, but we managed to get through. Be aware that the locals in the vicinity of the hotel are not able to communicate in English.
The cruise is extremely clean and quite spacious. Tim was an extremely great host. Sometimes funny not always. Just kidding , he is a genuine hard working guy who takes care of everyone and everything. Dustin the owner of the ship , he’s a great guy. Hospitality is not overlooked at all.
Oh! Very clean room, close to the center, you can find any restaurants, so i feel a bit noisy. However, I find that the homestay's soundproofing system is quite good.
It's a beautiful homestay run by the wonderful couple Kim and Emma who are incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. I arrived during a holiday and was invited to share a great meal with the family, it was very special. The beds are comfy, really quiet but central location, everything is new and clean. I loved my stay here, thank you so much Kim and Emma!

We stayed here for 1 week and felt like locals because of the host's support. we love him very much.
The pick up and drop off at our Hanoi hotel was great. Loads of activities to do included Kayaking, hiking and biking, we were never bored. Louis was a great host and really looked after us. Plenty of food to eat. The boat docked in a quiet place and felt like we had the bay to ourselves, away from other boats. Room was a decent size. Vegetarians were taken care of. Towels were provided for the beach time.
We loved our stay. Helen was a great host and made our stay terrific. We felt very special.
