Our meals were delicious and the chef took Into account for 2 of our children’s food allergies. The location and views were amazing. Our children (ages 4,9 and 11) all loved the playgrounds and treasure hunt hike up the mountain. This was a very family friendly lodge and we hope to visit again! Everyone who works here is friendly and compassionate.

Very friendly family that runs the hotel/hostel. Because it was still low season we got a free upgrade to a better room which is always a nice surprise. The room was very comfortable and the location is fantastic. There is also a lovely little common area where you can watch TV and enjoy a free selection of teas.

The hostel is located close to the Engelberg center. Everything is reachable by foot. The facilities were super clean. The dinner menu was very good value for Switzerland and breakfast had a large variety of food. I would definetely stay there again. Lockers are big enough, except for huge suitcases.

Located right on the shore of the scenic Eugenisee Lake, Pension St. Jakob is 2625 feet from the center of Engelberg and a 5-minute walk from the Engelberg Cable Car.

Close walk to rentals and skiing. check in is next door, which took us a few min to figure out, but very good value for money overall. Great breakfast.

The Bellpark Hostel can be found next to the Hofmatt-Bellpark Stop of bus line 1, with direct connections to Lucerne Train Station.

Because there are so many people living in one room, the smell in the room is not good, others are great. I really like the atmosphere here, very nice, cozy, people are very friendly. The price is friendly for young people, students

Bonistock hotel is located at an amazing location with beautiful views of mountains all around. Melchsee and Tannensee are nearby and one can either take a 5 min cable car from Melchsee to reach the hotel or take a 45 min hike. We did a rather long 2 hours' hike covering Tannensee and it was totally worth it! The room was small and simple but spotless clean. The staff was highly welcoming and cheerful. The 3 course meal served was delicious and the lady serving made us absolutely feel that we were cared for, with a genuine smile on the face! The breakfast had a decent and enjoyable spread for a mountain hotel. There is a nice deck where you can sit and enjoy the views and we were outside at 10 pm gazing the stars when Stefan came out and brought us blankets to make us even more comfortable, that was a lovely gesture and something which made us enjoy the long evening even more. I highly recommend the place and would personally go back again!

Great staff, clean rooms, good prices, good beer. Food (in the evenings) was a little overpriced for what you get, but the breakfast at CHF 16 was amazing and well worth it.
