Great rooms with private bathroom and shower, very very comfortable beds, shoe rack outside the rooms (very important as hiking gear is smelly, I've been in some very smelly dorms with shoes everywhere), great knowledgable staff, beautiful venue, great wifi, barista made coffee, quiet, stylish. I real like here, the staff is super friendly and real so helpful. I was booking for share room for 1 night, but the staff help me arrange I am the only person stay in the room. And the towel is so clean even much better than 3 or 4 stars hotels. Comfortable bed and the view from the room is so so so beautiful. I would say 100 great experience.

The hosts are incredibly kind, the rooms and common areas are clean and well equipped and its a small cosy hostel with a great location and super helpful and kind people. There are options to hire equipment for trekking, bikes and car hire and they allowed me to store bags and wait there before the ferry. Really great place would recommend

I would come back anytime! The breakfast was the best I had so far in Chile/Argentina with good bread, fruits and yogurt. You have access 24hours to tea. You get a fresh towel every day even in the shared room. The hostel is still extending the number of rooms, but I have not heard sth from the construction. As safety deposit boxes are not available yet, the staff was so helpful to lock things temporarily.

They have very nice public space, luggage storage for free and taxi services. Also ATM and banks nearby. I stayed here for 4 nights. They prefer to not pay in booking because it might take commission, it is cheaper to pay in cash once you arrive there without reservation. One tip is to directly reserve the hostel. It actually saves your money.
