My stay was spectacular. Because I was in a room with only 4 beds, despite it being a hostel, I was very happy with the privacy of my stay. You are able to adjust the temperature of the room and even the bathroom as there are thermostats available for use. You do have to make and clean up your own bedsheets but it was a minor inconvenience for the place offered. There are no towels, only disposable ones, but they were still fantastic. There is laundry available upstairs and when it rains, they bring the laundry in so they don't get wet. The beds were average I'd say but comfortable enough that I have no complaints. The staff are also well versed in English and helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

I think we landed the best hostel in Shanghai for the value! Clean room, comfy bed, well-equipped bathroom, nice-looking shared space to work, unbeatable location (2 mins walk to Nanjing road, plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants), and especially super staff - thanks Xu Yun who helped and gave us a half-day stay without any charge since our flight was delayed. If ever I go to Shanghai again, this is the place.

The staff was very good. The room was modern, clean and light. Check in was 3 hours earlier than it should be. Also they allowed us to keep our baggage after we checked out till the evening without extra charge. On the first floor there are 3 china cafes. The cat was cute.

Staff were so nice and very attentive to my requests. They are very responsive to my messages. Always kept our room and my bed clean with fresh pillow cases, bed sheets, etc. Staff’s English was limited but they have an offline translator that is very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
