We really enjoyed our stay at La Palmera. The staff and volunteers were so helpful. Any questions we had about the area, where to food shop, where ATMs are located - they were all happy to help. The hostel itself is a lovely place to unwind. Many areas to relax. The shared kitchen is the best we have seen so far. Well equiped. They have an online cafe that was gorgeous and fairly priced. The hostel offers group salsa classes every evening, which are great fun and a great way to learn. They also offer private classes for a fee. The hostel also offers food tours, city tours and nights out in salsa clubs and party buses. There is a roof top bar also with a lovely view over the city.

The facilities are great for the value. We stayed at a flat, and it was comfy and nice. We don't have any complaints.

The private room with my own patio could not be more comfortable for some remote work and exploring the city. Entire place is very well run and operated, and very easy to stay there long term. Cleanliness is maintained throughout. Staff is very pleasant and kind (including not rushing with the payment the moment I arrive). The private room is above and beyond in its comfort, even an office chair was found, which made working even more comfortable. Overall the entire hostel is tastefully decorated. Location in my view is the best for staying in Cali. A little bakery 50 meters away was very nice, and a lot of restaurants/supermarkets accessible within 10-15 mins walk, in what feels a very safe area, day and night.

This is hands down the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Super clean, stylish, and the vibe is just right. I came from the U.S. for some business in Cali and ended up using the coworking space almost every day — the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, perfect for getting work done. I only came for a week and then I extended for almost three weeks because I really enjoyed it. After hours, it’s also a great spot to meet other travelers and just relax. Whether you’re here for business or just exploring, Bohemia has everything you need. Highly recommend it!

Helena Hostel is the best hostel in Cali! It's in a perfect position, close to the famous neighborhood S.Antonio, the best salsa club Topa Tolondra and right in the popular park Loma De La Cruz where you can experience local music, dance and culture during the many events that te park offers. The owner of the hostel, Helena, is an incredibly kind person always happy to help and also a great cook (you should try her breakfast or lunch if you'd have the chance). The building has been recently restructured and is very clean. It has a very nice terrace with a nice view! The rooms are comfortable! I recommend this hostel for your stay in Cali!!!
