Amazing location — right in old town so everything was walkable. The staff was also very nice and helped me with my luggage. The room was also pretty big and spacious. Everything was very neat and orderly. They even have pamphlets and recommendations of things to do in the city.

My stay at Onefam Arbes was nothing short of remarkable. I’ve been travelling across Europe, and this hostel stands out as perhaps the best of them all — largely because of a team whose warmth was both welcoming and genuine. At reception, Mia, Janice, and Vitor were consistently kind, helpful, understanding and attentive — not only during their shifts, but also in the way they carried themselves beyond them. I’m also grateful to Magalie, Pinja, Oliver, Lara, and Diego, who, together with the rest of the team, brought a sense of care to the everyday running of the hostel. Whether it was keeping the space in order or simply taking time to connect with guests, their presence made a real difference to my stay here (and for many other guests who I’ve talked to). They turned what could have been just another stop in Prague into something I’ll remember. My sincere thanks and highest praise to the entire team.

Staff were very kind and talkative. They were very helpful. Hostel was very clean and convenient. I was able to use the kitchen and there were things to cook. Hostel was also quiet and peacful. I met amazing people. Location is also perfect close to metro and main street where you can shop.
