This hostel is so clean, brand new, everything is so accommodating, from the towels given to even the bed cover, breakfast is lovely, the staff are so helpful and kind, the location is perfect, right on the main road and so close to the beach, I’ll be back here every time whilst in Hurghada, thank you for everything!!!🤍

The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere, and it’s especially close to Orange Beach, which was a big plus. I booked a massage and a dolphin tour recommended by the hostel, and both were amazing—especially the massage! Mina and Shado were incredibly kind and helpful. I truly appreciated their hospitality. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend staying here!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Serafy City Hostel. The facilities are very clean, the pool area in particular is a beautiful open space to relax and have a nice meal. The staff members are very helpful and welcoming especially Muhammad! He does such an excellent job cleaning the rooms and keeping the common areas very clean. He is polite and kind always giving the guest exactly what they ask for to be comfortable during their stay. I highly recommend you visit! :)

Paul and Hashima are very good hosts, they picked us up from the airport even at dawn hours. The property is just what you receive for the price: good beds, clean sheets, clean bathrooms, hot water and big lockers. In terms of location it is like 10 minutes ride from the center (very easy and cheap to use Uber) so it’s perfect.
