I hope the hostel stay on same level of service and better even .. I was lucky to find the place after my Airbnb reservation was canceled due fake pictures . Everyone nice & helpful , manger, receptionists.. hostel so clean it’s just5 days opened,nice decorations, low yellow light, well equipped kitchen,so safe camera control every corner make me feel I can leave all my stuffs without being worry, location on Ramel metro station, sea side on foot walking … nice balcony,plenty of warm water, comfortable blanket I loved ,,, but pillow uncomfortable I know it’s new thanks manger u changed for me , low y… I can sleep well my last night … if I book hostel in Alexandria would be my first choice … I loved my stay Thanks a lot to everyone make my stay easier

The bed, sheets, and blankets were clean and comfortable. There was a small drawer you can lock, which helped me to keep my belongings. Also, a small bedside lamp was useful to spend my time relaxed even after the main light in the domitory room was turned off. About the staff were very kind people. Whenever I ask them about something, they replied to me in such a nice manner. Thanks to them and this hostel, I was able to enjoy my first visit to Alexandria. I’m so grateful from the bottom of my heart.

I have absolutely no complaints about this place. The owners are wonderful people, and there’s a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere here. Everyone is kind, and the overall vibe is just great, you really feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended!

if you get a slightly upgraded room they’re pretty clean and great value for money. Good for overnight emergency/travel stays when you need to be downtown. staff are friendly. entrance is more scary than the hotel actually is-I only found out about it through a local I met otherwise I would’ve never tried. make sure to go to 7th floor when you reach the building bc that’s not obvious. At the low price don’t expect 4-5 star service…it’s a fresh bed and a toilet and smoker-friendly and not a hostel that you have to share.
