The dormitories at Capitan Tximista feature wooden floors and bunk beds. Each one comes with individual lockers and a shared bathroom. Bed linen can be rented on site.
The hostel’s restaurant serves traditional Basque food, and packed lunches are available. There is also a bar and a terrace where you can enjoy a meal outside.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
“The road to hostel and the nature that surrounds it is just perfect ! Very well organized and very pleasant stuff. Lady who runs it is just perfect for the job. She always make time either for talk or helping you out regarding anything. Big plus for her !”
“Beautiful location, the first rural hostel on the Camino De Norte.
The only sounds were from nature and conversation - not traffic/music/tv.
Great staff, and good company from fellow travellers/pilgrims.
This is was the perfect first night on the Camino Santiago”
We have more than 70 million property reviews, and they're all from real, verified guests.
How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
If you booked through us and want to leave a review, please sign in first.
