The owner was very nice and flexible with my check-in time. He also helped me schedule a cab and put me in a room with a view of the cathedral nextdoor. He provided a top and bottom sheet, a pillow case, a fleece blanket, a towel, and toast and cerial for breakfast.

It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. I stayed up in the attic and though it might be hot in summer, there is an AC, but in May with the windows open it was very comfortable. Nice communal areas though to get to the outdoor area you need to walk around the building from the front. Kitchen doesn’t have a stovetop, only an oven. That seems pretty frequent on the Camino.
