“Very spacious rooms as the rooms were former whole public housing flats. Clean spacious bathroom. As it's a youth hostel, cleaning just every 3 days, but for 50 HKD (6 USD) you can ask for extra cleaning. Nice comfy coffee shop downstairs with good food selection. Interesting museum inside the YH about public housing in HK. 7 min walk from the closest subway station "Sham Shui Po". Near that station there are lots of electronic shops with great deals. Booked this YH already again for my next stay in HK.”
“Location was perfect, and it was easy to meet other backpackers in the hostel.”
“Worst hostel ever.. all customers are complaining and yet the receptionist are more mad than the customers.. will never go back to that hostel. i think they don't just use backpackers.. they use different names.. beware of booking in thr Block A 3/F of Chungking Mansion..”
“that's not a hotel but in my personal view a "hostel" I've could have booked a 1 star hotel or backpackers. Thats "hotel" is not at all value for your money.”
“nothing..it was a disaster..i thought in the internet it was a good catch..but the room was sooooo narrow for 4 persons..the toilet does not flush well...i told the information but they insist it was good...it was sooooo smelly...we do not have warm water to bath...whoever will read this please am giving you a concrete picture of what the HK BACKPACKERS HOSTEL is all about..it will ruin your vacay”
