I had a really good experience here. The owner of the accommodation and his family are really friendly and take good care of me. I had a hard time with laundry, but they did their best to help me. All the facilities are new. The location is also perfect. It's a little far from the city center, so you can feel the quiet and local atmosphere more. There are supermarkets, laundromats, cute cafes and restaurants right in front of the accommodation. I extended it twice in total and stayed here. I'd like to thank this family for welcoming me!

The breakfast was amazing!! The pool is beautiful and the hostel provides taxi and ferry options at a cheaper rate than online.

"I recently stayed at Jeru Di Bisma For 20 Day's and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hostel experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, the staff "Nakal , Ayu , Dewa," were welcoming and helpful , providing Me recommendations on things to see and do. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hostel also had a great range of facilities, including Yummy Breakfast, And Coffee ,Tea, Free water, Also a Service for Bike Rental Trip's In Bali and others Island's, Mountains, a cozy lounge area, and even a Beautiful Mad Sunny Garden with a stunning view of the hostel. One of the things that really stood out to me was the hostel's Owner Treating Me Like a Member of Their Family. Everytime when I was working, Ayu She make Coffee or Tea for me, Also if I Bought some food from the market, I asked her to cook for me, Even when I checkout And Going Back to Java I forget my Stuff in the Hostel, And i didn't know about that until they called me, and she sent it by the post office to me, I Swear everybody Stayed In Jeru, he loves this family. Overall, my experience at Jeru Di Bisma was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud. The friendly staff, comfortable room, and great facilities made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning in the future!

Cozy space with six beds, the space is made of concrete Location wise its the best place to find right in the heart of the downtown The owner is a polite person and will aid you if you face issues Overall it was a new place and I hesitated to go there but it was worth it, I see a lot of potential

🌿 Such a lovely place! The hostel is new, clean, and cozy. There are 6 beds in the room — one female dorm and one mixed. Everything feels very fresh and well maintained. 😊 The staff are simply amazing — always smiling, kind, and helpful. Gede, who speaks English very well, was always around both in the morning and evening and helped with everything I needed. The rest of the team was also very friendly and created a warm atmosphere. 🧹 Cleanliness is 10/10! They clean every day and even make the beds. The mattresses are soft and comfortable, each bed has its own light and small shelf. With a 50,000 IDR deposit, you get a personal locker box in the room — very safe and convenient. The air conditioner works perfectly. 🚿 The shower was one of the best I had in Bali! There’s strong water pressure and real hot water — not just warm, but properly hot if you want. You can easily adjust the temperature, and it feels amazing after a long day exploring. 🍳 Breakfast is included, and you can choose from several options. My favorite was the sunny side eggs, but the banana pancakes were also super delicious! They usually serve some fruits and mint on the side, and during breakfast they ask if you’d like tea or coffee — a nice touch. There’s also a small station where you can refill your water bottle anytime and have tea or coffee throughout the day. 🐕 When I first arrived, there were several dogs near the entrance. Luckily, they were busy eating, but sometimes they bark at new guests. If you’re afraid of dogs, it’s good to know in advance. 🎒 If you arrive before check-in, you can safely leave your luggage — there’s a space for that. The hostel also offers tours. I joined the Mount Batur Sunrise Tour for 350,000 IDR, and it was a 10/10 experience for the price. Everything was well organized, even though we didn’t reach the lvery top.
