They say, “The people make the party”. This is by far the best and most underrated hostel I’ve been to for a variety of reasons but the main one is culture. Louis, Dede and the team are extremely accommodating — welcoming guests as if they are family. I booked for 3 nights and ending up staying for 8 because of the people and environment. Absolutely fantastic value and fantastic people. I met tons of people who had extended their stays as long as possible - the only reason I left was because they were fully booked! It’s not a party hostel but still super social - you can hang out and still get a good nights sleep. Location is perfect if you’re surfing - 15 min to any beach in Uluwatu. Plus they sell beers cheaper than at the grocery store!

Edy, the guy at the reception, managed to help me to find my Airpods which I lost the day before in one the rooms. He then handed them to a private driver who brought them to my current accomodation.

The facilities provided are actually quite complete, there is no hair dryer in the room but the hostel can lend it to guests if needed. The internet connection is very fast because I had checked (ookla speedtest) download 120 Mbps, upload 130 Mbps. Although the deluxe room is tight, it still provides a sense of comfort. Surprisingly, there are many long-stay guests staying in this place.. Don't forget to ask the staff about everything as they are very kind and helpful.
