Heistel is a great hostel, very convenient location, close to yellow subway line, clean and neat place, comfortable beds, cool leisure area in the rooftop, good food available. staff is great and helpful definitely recommend the staying

The rooftop is a great place to hang out, party or work out (there are dumbbells and pullup bar). First floor common area is suitable for working, with a nice balcony to hang out. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is easily accessible, some 10 minutes walk from Hauz Khas metro station. The market is just around the corner with various food stalls (I ate there paneer thali, chicken biryani, dal paratha, pani puri, juices and chai, just to give an idea). Liquor store is also right next to the market. And a big shoutout to the manager Rohit, his flexibility and friendliness helped me feel at home and among friends, he spent time with us at the rooftop almost every night that I stayed there.

The personal was super helpful. I was a solo traveler, first time in India and wanted to do some sightseeing seeing. They help me to decide where to go, they booked me a cab and accompanied me in the sightseeing. The manager named Nimit was super helpful and trustworthy, I felt super secured and welcomed to India, thank you so much for all of your help!
