The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

As the first time in a hostel, I believe I had a great experience. I was in a all female room and it was quiet and clean. Even though is close to the station, it's still quiet inside the room.

Awesome city, awesome place, awesome people. The hostel is well located, right next to the Florence train station, and a short walk away from the city center. Great social vibes, ideal for solo travelling, meeting new people and experiencing the city. Helpful and welcoming staff as soon as you step inside.

Location is so great, above the local market with the view of basilica. Walking 5 mins to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There is small kitchen and outdoor terrace where you can sit and eat or working with the view of Florence roof. Vending machine for drinks are available. It’s very pleasant. Staffs were friendly and helpful - guided and helped me carrying the luggage. Bed was comfy and clean but the pillow was thin that I had to ask for more and they brought to me. Storage area for keeping luggage is fine with some small lockers - bring your own key.

Staff went out of their way to help, allowed me to store luggage before room was ready, offered me drinks while I completed the checking in/out process. Room was clean and there were basic foodstuffs in the kitchen if making your own food, plus materials for breakfast.
