Got picked up from train station on the first day and dropped off at the bus station on the last day as request. Shuttle service to the ski resorts around Hakuba was at reasonable times. Start and end of lift timings. Gas, Bianca and Liam are really nice people to talk to. Great dinner as well. Super affordable accoms. Location might be a turn off but don't hesitate to ask the staff about getting a ride to town in the afternoon if you're not heading to the slopes in the morning.

Especially the food. The breakfast is fantastic. Everyday one hot breakfast variety is served along with the regular flakes, bread, milk and fruit. The Pizzas are very tasty in the evenings especially with extra cheese 😁. The property is very cleanly maintained and the staff is very friendly. Overall a great experience. Would definitely try this again if in Hakuba.
