We stayed at this hostel for 3 days and 2 nights while attending the 2024 Almaty Marathon. The bed was comfortable, its a bunk bed, the facility was clean, and the staff were supportive. The kitchen was spotless, though the toilet didn’t have a bidet. The location is great, near a mall with everything you need, and booking a taxi with Yandex Go was easy.

staff was very helpful if you ask (using google translate). room was very clean. bathroom was ok for me, didn't run into drainage issue. kitchen has all the necessary tools. very close to the big shopping mall.

    Very easy going and budget-friendly. We came back to the same hostel after a 2-day trip to Charyn canyon and Kolsay lakes. Some other travellers we met in the trip stayed also at the same hostel. So all in all it was nice for the atmosphere and the people for good talking and sharing experiences and traveling tips.
