This hostel is truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms and common areas are very clean and maintained to a high standard. Safety is also good, with secure lockers and a well-monitored environment that makes you feel at ease. The international atmosphere is fantastic – it’s the perfect place to meet travelers from around the world and make new friendships. Plus, the location is great, just a short walk from Langkawi’s main beach, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and enjoying the area. Highly recommended as it's a true gem, great quality!

I was quite skeptical of this place due to the low price but it was an amazing stay! Only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, and food. Plus you can rent a scooter super affordably! There are separate male and female bathrooms and each bed is like its own little cubby with a shelf, lamp, and fan. I tended to sleep in so the fan was nice as the AC was turned off from 8am-8pm roughly. Cooking facilities were decent but honestly a quality stay for the price!

Exactly what I want from a reasonably priced room, comfortable bed, great a/c, fridge & kettle. Nanda is so friendly & the guests & his mates have a drink at his very reasonably priced bar most evenings, which is very welcome as a solo traveller. I met some very interesting people.

I recently booked my wife's stay at The Sassy House, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the price was very affordable considering the convenience of its location. What stood out the most was the lady at the reception, who was incredibly sweet and cooperative. She went above and beyond to help my wife with information about the area and even fixed a booking mistake made by our travel agency. Moreover, she was kind enough to make a taxi reservation for my wife at dawn to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. It was evident that she was a strong, independent woman who manages the business on her own with great care and attention to detail. Overall, the experience at The Sassy House was exceptional, and we wish the hotel and its owner great success in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Langkawi.

Loved the community area where we could visit with the other guests. The location and the staff were very nice, even Yentz😁. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, private patio and garden area. Short walk to beach and restaurants.

wow, what a wonderful place!! everyone that works here (and in the cafe next door) are such incredible people, so welcoming and friendly. great location, short walk to the beach and food/shops. comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and adorable cats roaming freely around!! . I would also recommend the yoga with Melli at the cafe next door 💜

Great place to meet nice people. The bunks are cozy, with a nice soft mattress. Be aware that there's a bar next door that is open until 1am most days; this may be a benefit or a drawback, depending on your preferences ;)
