We absolutely loved everything about this place! The location was beyond belief. The value was incredible! The staff were kind, knowledgeable and would do just about anything for us! They surpassed the concierge services that we’ve received from the high end hotels like the Marriott or Four Seasons. Tonya was such a delight to deal with and did so much for us. She even took our special requests home with her to research the answers on her on time! She was incredible!! The other personnel also moved mountains for us! Leo, Annie and even the cleaning crew were kind and caring. I had the pleasure of trying the dorm beds for 2 nights and it was excellent. I found it to be a private experience in a dorm setting! The value was truly incredible too! The rest of the week, we had a private room. That was super comfortable and included breakfast! Wow! The value it beyond words!

The staff is fantastic, and the overall vibe is very cozy and inviting. The location is super central, being very close to the train station and the tram.

staff was extremely helpful! Sam especially. he showed me around the hostel and even helped me with my luggage. loved the sitting area and even has a guest kitchen. walking distance to many restaurants but if you stay here I highly recommend El Graucho steakhouse right next door! amazing and reasonable price. make reservations though. it’s a local favorite.

I loved the large and varied common spaces and the super friendly staff. Everyone was helpful. They have a great place to store your luggage (self serve combination lockers) which were extremely convenient for us because we had a big day planned locally on the day of checkout.
