Accommodation includes private rooms or dormitory-style rooms. All are heated and have linen provided. The private rooms offer fans and a desk. All have access to shared bathroom facilities. Really friendly staff at Rotorua Downtown Backpackers, our heater didn't work and they replaced it straight away. Room was comfortable and common areas were taken care of regularly so they were very clean. Would recommend staying here :)
