The staff (didnt get the guys name unfortunately) on reception was lovely and helped us with parking! Kitchen had everything - free tea/coffee/hot chocolate and free milk & milk alternative. Free herbs and spices to help transfer your normal cheap pasta traveller dish. Room was nice and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and nice. Shared areas inviting.
