Very cheap (the price 2.000 OMR was per person though, not per room, but still it is super cheap), very tidy (100% european standard), beautiful bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, very kind staff. One dorm room for men, one dorm room for women, and one room for the owner's family (couple with two cute kids). Definitely recommend! 10/10

Manager Kaab is very good person, helped me a lot to fix my phone. Hostel is small, but has kitchen with all necessary equipment. AC is working, shower and wifi are good. Location is great, big balcony with good view.

The host was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in with me throughout the day before arrival and making sure my late check-in after a long drive was smooth. She even secured a parking spot for me. The room was spotless with fresh towels, a clean bathroom, cold water in the fridge, and excellent AC. The house was super quiet, in a safe family environment, and the location was superb—strategically placed and very convenient.
