I had a very enjoyable stay at Dar Shaden hostel and the people running this house made my Oman trip unforgettable. I got to go on a camping trip with the team to Jabal Sham and this was my most favorite experience in Oman. If you plan to go explore anywhere in Oman, dont hesitate to ask them. Maybe they can arrange their time and get you there (with a fee), much better than joining a tour. The hostel is very clean, new and well maintained. Big living room, kitchen is fully equipped. The location is near the airport, around 10km. The hosts of the house are truly kind and always willing to help. They made me feel welcoming and at home. I booked 1 night and ended up staying 3 nights. I was so sad to leave. Thank you Osama, Nuri and Abrar

Manager Kaab is very good person, helped me a lot to fix my phone. Hostel is small, but has kitchen with all necessary equipment. AC is working, shower and wifi are good. Location is great, big balcony with good view.
