Staff was amazing- nice and knowledgeable! Victoria who did the night shift helped me plan my route to and out of Machu Picchu via walking to hidroelectrica so I could avoid the stupid train. The other staff who helped check me in were also great, I arrived late at night and there was someone to explain the check in process while the reception was busy with the long line of people.

It is located very nicely, and our room was nice and comfortable. The common room includes a pool table and a foosball table and is nicely decorated with a lot of different flags. The breakfast was very delicious and freshly prepared for us, including Omelettes, and they offered the option to make everything vegetarian! After check out we could leave our bags at the hostel during the day when we went to Machu Picchu. We had a great time and would come back.

The coffee tour, the exceptional attitude of the owner about everything (a real show man). The best place to stay in Lucmabamba. The diner and breakfast were awesome. The room was big and the outside shower was the best we had in Peru!

The bunk beds are comfy with a privacy curtain, a lamp and power point. The dormitory had its own shower and toilet inside the room. The hostel is nicely decorated with a lot of beautiful and colourful murals. The staff at the reception was really nice. Breakfast was simple and not much, but just what you need for an early morning start. There free tea all day. The location is by the river on the small square.

This hostel was just what I needed after walking from Hidroelectrica to Aguas Calientes. The hostel is located right in the city center, nearby everything. I was in a dorm room and the bed was very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is for them to have a floor towel in the bathroom as the bathroom floor got very wet and icky after anyone showered. Overall a nice and comfortable hostel for a backpacker to rest when going to Machu Picchu!
