This property is really nice, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious, at least the one we had. It included a bathroom, bedroom, a living room area, refrigerator, microwave. Our room here was bigger than some of the Airbnb properties we have been to. We thought it was nice that they bring your breakfast to you, since the rooms have a table area where you can eat. The shared kitchen has everything we needed. Hot water always available. The area that the hotel is in feels safe and is pretty close to everything, maybe 5 minutes' walk from the central plaza, very close to multiple grocery stores, lots of restaurants, etc. The place is located in a quiet street. The airport transfer service is reliable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed in, if not the nicest.

Possibly my favorite stay so far in 4 months of traveling. Everyone was extremely friendly. The place is as clean as can be. Bed is super comfortable. Nice neighborhood location, with a very nice cafe and restaurant downstairs. Plenty of other restaurant options nearby also. I enjoyed Trujillo very much and plan to return. I wont even look for another option unless they don't have a room available for me.

The price-to-quality ratio was one of the best I’ve experienced lately. You get more than what you pay for.

A warm welcome from the owners. Comfortable accommodation (I booked a private room with bathroom), a block to the beach, racks to keep your surfboard, a very functional kitchen. I'm an older solo traveler and really feel at home here, so much so that I've extended my stay twice now. And it's not a party place if that's your thing.

I really recommend to stay there, the owner is very sweet, the facility are nice, hot and clean shower. They also provided surf lessons there!

This hostel has a perfect location very close to the beach and the food in the restaurant which is part of it is amazing and very well-priced too (especially the big breakfast included in the price!). Randy and Carlos are great people and will help you with anything you need and they make you feel at home, they really want you to feel good in the hostel. One day I got sick and they took such good care of me. I would definitely stay here again!
