As most people do while traveling in the Philippines, I extended my stay… 5 times. I’m so happy I found such a cute hostel with great accommodations and the best staff. I never woke up without a greeting and smile from them as they truly went above and beyond my expectations. They helped me with motorbike rentals, sightseeing recommendations, and general advice for my stay in Siquijor. They even helped me find a ride for my friends and I to the port when leaving. I will never forget my time spent at Lazy Lizard. Salamat!

The staffs and the owner is accommodating. Their food is 100/10, it is so good. The kubo I rent has it's own rest room so it is more convenient. Also, I like the place because the Paliton beach is just 5 minutes walk.

The property is run by the family that owns it. It was very clean, the breakfast in the morning was very good. That have a wonderful garden. The location is very good in San Juan. Also recommend the San Jaun Marine Sanctuary for snorkeling which I walked to early in the morning. When I needed to leave very early in the morning one day I they made a sac lunch for me. Everything was just amazing. We got recommended this place from our lovely hostel lady back in Bohol, and it turns out even better than we expected. Located next to Paliton Beach which is just a 5min walk, which is super convenient, and like a 5-10min drive to central San Juan. Mama Rita, and her staff, especially the guy whose name i never got, made the place super homey and warm. They took such good care of us during our stay and truly went the extra mile to get to know us. Breakfast was banging, I have a thing for guava jam now, and every two three days, they set-up a movie night which is super cute and lovely.

    The food is good and is quit cheap which is nice when you are staying there. Beautiful view with gorgeous sunsets! They had a big party on the Sunday we where here where a lot of locals came and some other backpackers from other hostels

    The service was 10/10, The Doorms are very big, Ervin helped and organized cheap scooters, transfers and trips. Its one of the best hostels i have ever stayed!
