The staff here are ALL the BEST! Thank you for the most warm welcome, the patisserie de nata, the show around and for the kindness. The hostel is obviously environment which I value. This hostel has this warm and truly genuine travellers' athmosphere... elusive, yet here to be found. A recently refurbished gem, yet with deeper layers of historic legacy for the curious. You might learn many new languages from near and very far by staying here. Located in that most southern area of Europe... so close, yet so far from the African continent with which the area has been so closely related. Looking closer it clearly still is, in both old and new ways. All staff here and the manager are all truly tip-top, very helpful, experienced, kind and professional out of the ordinary. There is a 24 hours staff policy, a rarity nowadays, but much appreciated. You will feel comfortable, safe and in good company when you want it. You may also find the inspiration for your onward journey that you might or might not have been looking for.
