We liked the kindness of the hostess very much We got the impression that every detail in this hostel has been thought out and designed with great care and elegance. If we - four pensioners - had any prejudices against hostels, staying in Uppsala dispelled them.

This hotel is a 15-minute walk from Uppsala Central Station and the Concert & Congress Hall.

I like the cleaninness of the place. I was at home with the friendliness of the staff members. I was satisfied with the facilities in the hotel including laundry, kitchen and lobby.

Great bang for the buck, and probably the friendliest hostel in Uppsala. It is clean, tidy and very calm. Stayed here 3 times over the years, and always seem to end up having the most interesting conversations with the guy running the place about the different curiosities in our respective countries (I'm a Swede who emigrated to Spain 16 years ago). The place is located right in the very middle of Uppsala putting it right next to restaurants, stores and "must see's". Next time I plan another visit to Uppsala this hostel will be on the very top of the list of places to stay.
