Simply wonderful! The location is perfect, the motorbikes are inexpensive, and I met some great friends. I booked for one night, and ended up staying for three. Highly recommended.

New hostel, so everything is very clean and new. Excellent facilities, nice warm shower and comfy beds. Evening food was good as well.

My stay at Woodstock Jungle Camp was excellent. From the first moment, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff, always attentive to my every need. The place exudes tranquility, surrounded by mountains, ideal for resting or reconnecting. Access is very easy, even by motorbike. The cabin I stayed in exceeded my expectations: comfortable, clean, and with impeccable facilities. The restaurant's food was also a huge plus: everything I tried was delicious. Without a doubt, this is a place I would choose again. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic and relaxing experience in Cat Ba.

Location and staff are great, sadly just in front of the building there is a massive construction underway but it won't stop you from enjoying Cat Ba.

Clean, spacious and modern. This hostel had a nice large common area/ restaurant on the ground floor which served up some good food along with complimentary breakfast every morning. The 4 bed dorm was overall great with large lockers, comfortable beds with curtains and stairs and a bigger than average bathroom. The staff were lovely and very helpful as well. I got sick and they were able to transfer me to a private room for more privacy which really helped. The hostel also offers a full day boat tour which was great, even in the rain and the lunch was really tasty

Everything was perfect, we especially liked the welcoming and helpful staff. The manager (we think) of the hotel was a super kind woman she helped us organize our next transfer to Cao Bang and gave us water and banana for free.
