The staff were unbelievably kind and really went above and beyond. I had the flu when I arrived at this hostel and they gave me cold medicine and checked on me throughout my stay. The breakfast was great with a full plate of fruit and a little yogurt as well as a choice of eggs or pancakes. The location is beautiful and really relaxing, they have bikes that you can use to cycle around, it’s also really close to the Trang an boats and the views are lovely. I’ve seen some reviews saying they couldn’t get a grab but I did twice to get to Tam Coc with absolutely no issues. I stayed in the private room which was lovely, unbelievable value for the price. They provide bottles of water daily which is a nice touch, and daily housekeeping, even turning down the bed, which I didn’t expect.

The vibe, the people, the friendliness. The people here went above and beyond being hosts. They were always inviting, and pleased to help you out in whatever you needed. I arrived super early a random morning at 3:30am, and even without having a booking that night, the receptionist let me lay down and sleep at the reception on a made up bed out of 2 couches and a thick blanket, instead of staying outside freezing. I also kindly asked if it was possible to use the fire pit to make a bbq, to which the owner was more than pleased to give us a hand in everything. Even let us get in the kitchen and grab whatever we needed. Can't say more than super super wholesome.
