The other guests were respectful of each other and the house rules, and we had great fun with all the social events inside and outside the hostel! I definitely recommend Landing Pads to anyone coming to Melbourne!

YHA Apollo Bay Eco Hostel is a 2-minute walk from restaurants and cafes in Apollo Bay town centre. It is a 45-minute drive to Cape Otway Lighthouse and a 90-minute drive to the Twelve Apostles. Staff was very helpful. Good location. And will come back and stay here again.

What a gorgeous hostel in a beautiful building, they even have a little café at the entry! Staff was so cheery and friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Do recommend!

Made a mistake with my booking and the staff gave me a better room just for $10 extra! (Because of low season, I was the only one sharing the dorm room!) Best Hostel I stayed in for the last 15 years of travelling! 🤩✈️

Although the room I’m staying in is a 10-person dorm, I don't think it affects my sleep quality. The people here are all very friendly, and that’s the reason I would want to come back.
