Our room was upgraded at check in so it was a bonus for us.

It was quiet and clean. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good and varied.

If I remember correctly, his name is Santiago (Colombian) and he was very friendly and welcomed our many requests. He answered all our questions with saminity.
