Just steps from Morro de São Paulo village centre, Papagaio Hostel is 200 metres from Porto de Cima Beach and a 10-minute walk from the First Beach. It features a pool and free Wi-Fi. Really nice place, with pool and breakfast included. There was some mold in the bathroom and they were really reactive and clean it straight!

Dendê Jazz Hostel e Pousada is set on the beachfront in Morro de São Paulo, a few steps from Second Beach and 1.7 km from Morro de Sao Paulo Fort. The Pousada is a nice place to be with great location. The host is very friendly and helpful and made excellent Italian coffee just for the two of us

Bamboo hostel was my home for a few days, was so good to wake up in the forest everyday. The place is so beautiful, thw stuff is very nice and breakfest iz amazing. Every wednesday there is a music jam and its awesome. Wasa very special experience for me and its warth the bit of walk you need to do from the center of Morro.

Is close to praia 1 and 2 and the light house viewpoint which are the most popular spots. Also 10 minute walk to the ferry. Great location compared to other hostels

Mundo da Lua Hostel in Morro de São Paulo provides adults-only accommodation with a bar and a shared lounge. The breakfast was excellent—fruits, sandwiches, eggs, cakes, coffee—definitely not to be missed! The shared room had great air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a power outlet next to each bed. The location is perfect; while everything is easily walkable, being so close to the beaches is ideal. Thank you, Luciano and Natália, for your outstanding attention and hospitality!

Monkey beach agroturismo features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Gamboa. This is the kind of gem that we are looking for when traveling. Originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 10. This place is a paradise, beach front, clean, great and responsive staff, stunning view from the shared kitchen. 10 mins walk to the closest market, 5 mins walk to all the beach restaurants, 30 mins easy beautiful walk to Morro de Sao Paulo when tides allow. Absolutely fantastic sunsets right from the property. Easy ins and out to nearby cities by fast boat, ferry or catamaran. Hello this place is perfect, we will definitely miss it.
