Obiekt spełnił oczekiwania. Położenie na kampusie UBC pozwala w ok. 40-50 min. dotrzeć do centrum Vancouver. Dużo zieleni i plaża w pobliżu. Są także restauracje i sklep. Standard pokojów "typowy" dla akademika (na plus duża liczba szafek). Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
