The hotel has a great location, just 10 min walk from Interlaken West train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel as well as different shops. Bus stops are also very near. I liked my stay very much.

The location was sooo convenient, there bus stop near and only 2 minutes to train station. there also supermarket near there. and they have lounge area in first floor where we can enjoy cup ramen from supermarket cause they provide microwave and kettle. the breakfast was also good in the range of hostel level. everything was clean even the sharing bathroom are always clean. the storages in bedroom have automatic lock with card, no need to bring padlock! also we can rent the switzerland adapter for 10 swiss franc cash instead of buying it. literally im satisfied!

Awesome view from our room! Very tidy and comfortable. Everyday we had fresh towels and water. The bad was made up everyday as well. The WC was cleaned and refreshed daily. Service was exceptional! It is all in attention to small details. My husband got a lot of care from the staff on his birthday. But even besides this occasion they were very very friendly!

Although it’s a bit of a walk from the station, the beautiful view of Lake Brienz makes the walk enjoyable. The place has a very homely atmosphere, especially for children, and all the staff were incredibly kind. Breakfast was delicious, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. If I visit Brienz again, I would definitely stay here.
