I had a really great stay at this hostel! The location was perfect — close to public transport, and main attractions. The place was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The host were especially kind, helpful and always smiling,always ready to answer questions and give great local tips. Come to Balmers and stay in the oldest private hostel in Switzerland! Our hostel is situated in three traditional Swiss wooden chalets that surround a courtyard, terras and garden. The vibe, the coziness of the place, and the people! The staff Ori and Luka were the best. It's very easy to meet people and make real connections there. Lots of fun activities organized to interact with the other guests. the place was also very clean and there's a big kitchen which makes it easy to cook instead of eating out.
