I came here after facilitating a women's retreat to unwind and just relax. I was welcomed with open arms by the beautiful staff who not only took care of any needs they were just very friendly and felt like family. I especially enjoyed getting to know the ladies at the reception and those ladies who made breakfast and took care my room! The location is top tier! Near everything and I felt so safe. The Only thing is those hard mattresses lol please for the love of all our backs maybe add a sponge top or something. Other than that this place was great! I took my parents on a short holiday and it was an amazing experience. The room accommodated comfortably my parents in a private room. I was also in the same room but on a bunk bed. Both beds were king size.

I had a great stay at this hostel! Everything went very well and I really enjoyed the city. The location was perfect — right in Old Town Cargatena, which made getting around super easy. Maybe the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be given a bit more attention. But really liked the place and staff are excellent!
