This is really a superb hotel/hostal, one of the very best I've stayed in during my 4 month backpacker adventure. Super clean, great staff, Netflix on a projector in a very comfortable space, a really excellent price. Manizales is clean and safe with lots to do, too. Highly recommended in every way.

The best low-cost hotel room I found in Manizales. For the money it was a pleasant stay, facilities a bit old and the room wasn’t big but everything worked perfectly.

As others have commented, Hostal Mirador Andino is a delightful hostal in a perfect location in this lovely city. The accomodation is comfortable, full of places you can relax and marvel at either the views or the lovely artefacts and decorations that abound. The welcome from the owners and the attention you receive is second to none. It is clear that hospitality (and the house) are their passion. If returning to Manizales I would book again in a heartbeat. Note for cyclists - Owners are also helpful in ensuring your bike is safe and secure.
