This is a hostel directly located on a beautiful beach about 15km from the historic centre of Santa Marta and approximately half way between the airport and downtown Santa Marta. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, efficient fan and excellent bathroom facilities. The hostel was quiet at night so I always had a good night’s sleep. The staff at the hostel was courteous and helpful and some were English speaking. The hostel included a casual beach front restaurant that served excellent meals that were fresh and delicious and included several vegetarian options. I would definitely stay here again when in the Santa Marta area.

Justin and his team have made this place a real gem in the old town of Santa Marta. The location is perfect, close to everything but quiet too. The food in the cafe is delicious, but the best thing is the welcome. We ended up making this our base and returned 3 times to our 'home from home' in Santa Marta. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful and peaceful place where you van really feel that you are in a national park. The saved parrots make a nice touch to the atmosphere. The hostal is family runned and everyone was very friendly and nice.

Great hostel deep into the mountain. Excellent food and vibe, fast Wifi, and great nature! A 40-minute motor ride to the hostel was another great experience. Stayed only one night but I would like to stay at least 2 or more if I visit next time.

The staff is super friendly and nice. The pool area is really nice and you can relax. The beds are very comfortable and there are curtains for more privacy. There is free breakfast and coffee.

This was an exceptionally calm and tranquil location with a variety of places to relax by the pools, the cabins and in the hammocks. The menu had a wide selection of dishes to choose from and the food was always delicious. We also appreciated the free morning yoga classes, the numerous birds and resident geckos, the nearby hiking trails and the tour of the neighboring, family owned cocoa farm.
