The view there is terrific with whole ancient Quito in one eye. The host team are very welcoming. They actively approached us for a dinner (charged with a nice price) before our landing. You know this is so great for new comers to a youth hostel. We do not need to shop around for no idea but great food already served to us with opportunity to talk to other people around. The shared kitchen there offers enough cooking utensils which make our life much easier. The location is also very convenient. Just several steps you can reach vegetables, matches, locks and fruits. You can jump into the crowded town but step back you return to a quiet room to stay.

Community Hostel Alausi se nachází v destinaci Alausí a nabízí zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. My only regret about visiting Alausi was not staying longer. I first came to hike the Nariz del Diablo which I highly recommend if you want spectacular views, but would have stayed for the small town, the food, the people and the Community Hostel. Don Marco was nothing but welcoming, making me feel right at home, in this beautiful property he has. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast really good. If you have time you can even sit down and chat with him around a cup of tea and a couple cookies. While there I suggest to go eat at La estacion del tren, you might even run into Don Marco eating lunch there. Everyone that I met took the time to chat with me. It is truly the best experience I’ve had so far in Ecuador!

Hostal Cloud Forest nabízí ubytování v destinaci Chugchilán. Na místě je k dispozici sdílený lounge, nepřetržitě otevřená recepce a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Velký hostel. Všechno funguje, výborná jídla na objednání a za super cenu. Koupelna v pokoji skvělá. Dobrá snídaně.

My daughter and I spent a week with Sandra at the Hostel Revolution. We really enjoyed our stay and that was mainly due to Sandra. She is so welcoming , friendly and kind. When she realised I had an knee injury she moved us to a ground floor room. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. She is very helpful and full of practical advice about how to stay safe in the city. The kitchen was very well equipped and we both felt very at home there. It felt like being in your own kitchen I would highly recommend The Revolution Hostal.

This hostal was truly exceptional. The atmosphere is light and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The room, although small, was very comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy. There’s something special about the energy of this place — you feel it the moment you arrive. The breakfast was the best we had in Ecuador — everything is prepared with great care and attention to detail. You can really feel the love put into every part of the experience. The owners, were kind and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely miss it. We recommend this place to everyone, and if we ever return to Quito, we will certainly stay here again!
