Ideally set in Newquay, Blue Room Hostel Newquay offers a continental breakfast and free WiFi. Great place. Lee and wife spectacular. Came in from Buffalo, NY, a little worried where I'd park. Lee had all the answers. Perfect distance from the packed area. Place was clean and Lee was serious about a late partying group having music off by 10:00. Excellent leadership.

Set in a Georgian mansion, YHA Penzance features a traditional restaurant and leafy gardens. Penzance Seafront is a 15-minute walk away, and Newlyn Harbour is just 1.5 miles away. Staff were awesome. Chris held the room despite my NZ bank blocking my card (even though they were notified I was overseas). Clean and lovely place to stay.

Exceeded our expectations for a relatively low budget hostel like spot. Room was charming with bright bedding, high ceilings, a small table with chairs and window that opened. Bathroom down the hall was always available. Location right downtown was great.
