Was always greeted with a cup of coffee in the morning and a good chat. Always happy to problem solve and was receptive to any queries. Facilities were as expected and true to the photos.

Charlie the caretaker was a very nice lady. The rooms were super clean. The dorms were beautiful. The bathrooms were super clean and tidy as well. Wi-Fi access is available, along with luggage storage. The majority of rooms contain bunk beds. Location was amazing. Rushing water right at the front door. Could sit and watch it all day. Lots of nice places to sit watching the water rush past while you enjoyed a coffee or wine. Rooms comfortable and shared bathrooms were new, close by and kept very clean. Kitchen was large and easy to navigate with other people staying there.

The Onefam Waterloo has a lively atmosphere as a social party hostel designed for young backpackers and solo travellers. Right alongside the River Lune in central Lancaster, this traditional pub serves real ales and hearty full English breakfast. The shops of the city centre are just a 5-minute stroll along the river, and a picturesque cycling route passes by the building. Great location,the room was really nice ,beds were comfortable and had a great power shower.The staff were friendly and the cooked breakfasts were lovely,we had lunch there as well during our stay,and that too was delicious.We had a great time

Lovely room, clean with everything you could need. Staff friendly and helpful, the kitchen was well equipped. Good Wi-Fi and a lovely breakfast if you pay for it which I highly recommend if you are travelling light as I was as there is no local shop to walk too.
