This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. 100/10 stay. One of our absolute favorite and most memorable places during our Iceland trip. The accommodation was so homey and well designed and spacious. Perfect for our family and baby. The restaurant was delicious and adorable as well as the breakfast. The owners were kind and thoughtful and we learned so much about the history of the lodge. The surrounding area was stunning and I would recommend everyone to stay here during their stay along the ring road!!

Just an extraordinary experience - beautiful house to stay in and full of charm. Being on the farm was blissful with all the animals and so many birds. The setting on the estuary is magical. The horses were calm and unflappable, and the instruction was absolutely great. My son had his first riding experience here and it was the highlight of his holiday. We only stayed for one night but wished it could have been longer

Located in Seydisfjördur village, this hostel offers a rooms with a seating area, fjord views and free Wi-Fi. Seydisfjördur Swimming Pool is just 30 metres away. Parking is free at the hotel. The team was extremely helpful 👏 I also liked that there was a good coffee machine 😀 and Oatmilk, at no other hostel I've been to in Iceland they have that. The whole hostel was super clean 👌 and still they had only 3 workers, which I thought was almost impossible, but they were extremely thorough and fast. I will go there again! Thank you to Sara especially, you are one of a kind ❤️

Hafaldan HI Hostel - Harbour Building se nachází v destinaci Seyðisfjörður a poskytuje ubytování s sdíleným loungem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm a vybavením pro grilování. This isn’t something I usually notice but the hostel was very well structured. The layout was very convenient and comfortable (showers were separated nicely with lots of space, lots of space for luggage in the rooms and under the bed, head space on top bunks etc) and there were outlets and usb ports in each bunk. The entire building had such a comfortable, welcoming vibe, not to mention it was very aesthetic and had an incredible view of the mountains and ocean. Nicely designed with a funky color palette and lots of decor. It was a 14 minute walk to the town centre but it had guides, maps, board games, and books all in the hostel. The kitchen was clean and had all the utilities organized and sanitized nicely. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and even helped me set up a ride to the airport. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Huge open common area with plenty of room to eat at tables or hang out on the different coach areas. Beautiful location in a beautiful town. Well worth the stop on the ring road!
