This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. Great location, friendly staff and really good breakfast. Our little cottage was incredibly cosy and perfect for our 1-night-stay. There is a tiny church and cemetery on the grounds which adds an interesting/historical touch.

I came back home and cannot stop thinking about it. I’ve already recommended it to many of my friends and am honestly dreaming of going there again for a longer stay. The place is truly special — the location, the proximity to nature, the respect and care for the environment, and the memorial and history of the owners and the site. The hospitality and communication were wonderful; I felt truly welcomed and cared for. If you want to experience the REAL Iceland and spend time far away from crowded tourist spots, in a peaceful and unique house from the 1930s, surrounded by animals and mesmerizing landscapes, this is the place for you. You should keep in mind that there is a gravel road in good condition leading to the location, 20 km long, and you’ll be greeted by horses and even a reindeer! You’ll need to bring everything you need with you, as there are no shops nearby. But this is exactly what makes the place so spectacular. All this information is clearly stated when you read about the place, so there were no surprises for us. I truly hope to visit again someday.

Located in Seydisfjördur village, this hostel offers a rooms with a seating area, fjord views and free Wi-Fi. Seydisfjördur Swimming Pool is just 30 metres away. Parking is free at the hotel. the hostel has a pleasant atmosphere, interesting history, uniques design, we've met one staff member and he was super friendly and helpful in every way. I would definitely recommend it for other travellers. ahh and I loved that guests were given freedom to use the sauna anytime.

Hafaldan HI Hostel - Harbour Building se nachází v destinaci Seyðisfjörður a poskytuje ubytování s sdíleným loungem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm a vybavením pro grilování. The harbour building is so cool and comfy, overlooking the harbour in this small town, made it a perfect place to stay the night! Will definitely recommend this hostel to any traveler!

Good equipped bathroom etc. Honestly one of the best hostel I have been at! Keep the good work. Oh ! And the kind staff was also amazing 👏🏼
