Este albergue está ubicado en la granja Berunes, junto a la carretera de circunvalación y a 45 km de la localidad de Djúpivogur. Maybe because of not yet high season, it was very quiet. Shared bathrooms were not the problem due to a few guests. The restaurant is excellent. You can buy breakfast and there are some options for dinner.

This place was amazing, the family running the guest house were lovely and informative. We stayed in a lovely spacious room with a double bed and a window I was able to see the Aurora out of in late April. The kitchen and dining facilities were comfortable with large windows utilising the amazing location of the guesthouse. There was a fantastic 45min walk around volcanoes/frozen lakes with an amazing sunset. I was also able to see the aurora in late April which was impressive. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of local foods on display.

Fantastic hostel in a gorgeous little town. Central location, all the shops are within walking distance. The hostel was clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen/dining room area is really lovely, such a nice spot to sit and hang out and look out the window at the town. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious enough for multiple guests to cook at the same time. Sauna on the bottom floor is also nice. Staff were friendly.

Hafaldan HI Hostel - Harbour Building se encuentra en Seyðisfjörður, a 4,1 km de Gufu Waterfall, y ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y zona de barbacoa. The harbour building is so cool and comfy, overlooking the harbour in this small town, made it a perfect place to stay the night! Will definitely recommend this hostel to any traveler!

The staff is very accommodating; we arrived after the check-in time had ended but because we called earlier the staff stayed behind to greet us and give us the key with instructions. The rooms are good and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean.

Huge open common area with plenty of room to eat at tables or hang out on the different coach areas. Beautiful location in a beautiful town. Well worth the stop on the ring road!
