The place was really nice and tidy. From the outside it looks shoddy, but then inside facilities are top notch, clean and with everything you need for a good rest.

Guest house tokonoma on yugeshima and the 3 islands its connected was by far the highlight of our holiday. Forget about the shimanami kaido. Go to yugeshima, ride the loop there and do the yumeshima kaido and disappear into a real life ghibli movie. These 4 connected islands are absolutely stunning and so serene and quiet they dont even have traffic lights. The people are so kind, the views are breathtaking, and you are virtually the only tourist! This is a very rare experience. Yasu san is a great host, he helped us get the most out of the short time we had on the islands and he’s just overall a very nice person. The guests were great to, good vibes all around.

Simple, but very cute, thought-through and cozy guesthouse. It has everything you could need and the neighborhood is a bit away from Dogo Onsen or the station but fantastic in its own right, and I would stay there again. Most importantly the staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful, thank you very much!

Dear Uうわじまゲストハウス＆カフェ se nachází v destinaci Uwajima. Taga Shrine se nachází 400 metrů daleko a Nanrakuen Family Park 18 km. Just the house is worth looking inside. Such a cool place, lots of stories to tell and some are already written on the walls! Even if I stayed for a short time it was so cool, and I felt rested and ready to go for my next adventures while leaving the place.

It was an awesome location close to a popular tourist location and the view was just awesome. Best experience for my first time traveling solo.

It was a lovely place to relax while cycling, amazing facilities, super clean, very comfortable, had great common areas to hangout and interact with other travellers (even had a bunch of manga to read including all of slam dunk). The staff were amazing, super accommodating and very friendly, despite arriving very wet from the rain, they helped me be comfortable and relax. The cafe downstairs is also a lovely thing to have here, I didn’t need or want to leave this place at all during the duration of my stay, I was able to meet and interact with some other lovely people there and it was overall an amazing experience. 10/10

Stopped here for the shimanami route, it was great. Beds are comfortable and very clean. I had dinner there and it was delicious.
