Laundry is available at an extra charge. The hostel is amazing – great location in the heart of Hakone, close to attractions and transportation, yet peaceful and relaxing. The best part was the lovely host (or receptionist), who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Hakone next time. Highly recommended!

Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine is 43 km from the hostel. Honestly one of the nicest hostels I've every stayed at, the room design is very creative allowing for a remarkable amount of privacy. I liked the 3rd floor lounge, the view was spectacular and it was really convenient. Suitable for long-term stays as well.

Guests can sample coffee and alcoholic beverages with 20% discount on all items at the on-site cafe and bar. Great destination, located on the shopping street close to the stations, and minutes from the beach. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. Would love to stay at IZA again!

Property owner was extremely kind and helpful. The location was in the centre of the fantastic Chinatown in Yokohama, yet was very quiet and relaxing. Towel included, and great toiletries and coffee etc available to use. Also loved the cosy music!
