One night the owner recommended us restaurant close by for korean pork barbeque and even came with us to help us order food.

Our towels and water bottles were replenished every day, and there are several water purifiers throughout the property as well. The adorable cat was a plus - miss it already! Location wise it was convenient - just 10 minutes from the train station, the bus terminal, and the port. The place is very well looked after and we would be happy to recommend it to our friends.

I would recommend this to everyone who loves hiking, the outdoors or just a nice, peaceful stay to rest. Thank you mr. Jung!

The staff was really kind! Despite the language barrier, they always tried to help me out and were overall very friendly. The hostel is also in a convenient location. It's really close to the Suncheon Intercity bus terminal, so it's easy to get to. Also, the hostel itself was nice! I think it felt pretty roomy compared to some other guesthouses I have been in Korea, and I guess I also went during off-season because there weren't many people so I ended up having the room to myself for most of the nights.
Nice, cosy hostel, everything like on the photos. Good location, 15 minutes walking to the Expo train station.
Nice stay for Yesou with nice stuff and a cut cat. The owner speaks english very well. On the other side of the hostel is a bar which is really nice and part of the accommodation. It's well located if you want to go on the cable car to see the beautiful bridges. Just around the corner is a nice little bakery ;)
Close to the railway. The city centre is a 30 minute walk, but there's a bus stop around the corner with buses going to all the major attractions in the area, so it's very conveniently located. There are convenience stores and a few cafes around, but not much else. The room (bed in a 4 bed dorm) was small, but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. It didn't feel like there was anyone else staying in the place so it was very quiet. There's nothing expectional about the place, but it's clean, safe and cheap.
Great quality hostel
The staff were friendly and helpful. Jin at the front desk also called the medical clinic for us when I injured my back lifting a heavy suitcase. She also showed us a great 24 hour place to eat while we stayed in Suncheon. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel is in a great location being 4 minutes walk from the train station.
Basic but comfortable room, great location.
Backpackers in Yeosu are such a good hostel. I did not stay for a long time, but it seems like it has everything you need. The stuff is very nice and they also have a nice pub across the street. I love all the plants in the room next to the kitchen. Such good vibes. The commun area is very spacious. In the room there is a bathroom with all the occurrence. It is very near to the port and also to the famous bridge in 여수 with nice cafés.
