We recommend a longer stay in Barentsburg to taste some of its vibe of humble, genuine, peaceful, friendly creativity in an amazing setting. We stayed one week, could easily have stayed longer. Located in Longyearbyen and within 1.2 km of Svalbard Church, Russkiy Dom features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Size of the room was good. Room was very clean, so as the kitchen and bathroom even though these were shared.

The staff and accomodations were awesome. The walk into town was no problem. One of the best vacations ever.
