Jacinda and her husband were extremely helpful and accommodating.

All rooms include a free vegetable soup in the evening as well as BBQ facilities and free use of the spa pool. Amazing staff, pleasant and going above and beyond! The hot soup was wonderful have a cold walk through Tater's Tunnels (awesome short hike - don't miss this - bring a spare pair of crocks/sandals/shoes for the caves, glow worms at the end of the tunnel) and terrific to have cereal/toast for breakfast before heading to Robert's Point Track! Shared cooking facilities were roomy and perfect, and nice also to have a small kitchen in the room for quick bites/hot drinks. Perfect location. The pods feature a privacy curtain, a power point and a USB port. I really was positively surprised by this place. It was very cozy the manager was super nice and they had amazing pastries. Also it had a clean kitchen where we cooked. Very recommended.

Sinead accommodated us old farts v nicely. upgraded us to a newly renovated cabin. the former jade workshop. Angie, newly minted managed was v attentive. kitchen was pretty good. had a good dinner
